Chef Aaron Harris, native of New Orleans, Louisiana was raised in the 5th Ward. He's a Graduate of John McDonald High School. Harris also attended South Eastern Louisiana University where majored in Culinary Arts. 

 

Chef Aaron Harris went on to start cooking Louisiana Cuisine and Barbecue grilling for party's and family functions before obtaining varoius culinary jobs working for 15 years at Frenchman market restaurant, Ruffino's before becoming a "Head Chef" at Metairie's Country Club, The Bienville Club, and the Louisiana Club Louisiana Club

 

In 2015 Mr. Harris took the leap of faith and starting street vending with his popular dish Shrimp and Grits on Frenchman Street outside Clubs and Bars. Harris was giving the nickname Spike from his grandmother.

 

Chef Harris Also Known As King Spike is a father of 5 Children. Harris has a goal of raising funds from his Lion Heart Catering Service making it an Official Food Truck then a major goal of having a restaurant store front in New Orleans CBD area.
